Catherine's arrival to the abandoned building, of course, was no coincidence. From the beginning he had indeed followed Laura and heard their entire conversation. After all, all the treasures Catherine had taken care of right now were still in the name of Laura all. She knew enough herself how Laura's struggle had touched her heart, to think of the woman as her own sister, until now.

Unfortunately, it turns out that Laura is unceasingly getting into trouble and attacks from James' allies. Catherine and Elena kept watch from a distance to make sure Laura was okay.

Critical conditions and blood loss caused doctors to immediately take surgery on Laura upon their arrival in the hospital. Catherine did not hesitate to handcuff Nathan in her bed after all the treatment procedures were done. Only Laura was currently still unconscious and lying with a deathly pale face.

Although he managed to go through a critical period. In fact, it does not make Laura then realized just like that. She was still silent on the bed, while Catherine had always kept even a hand in Laura's hand since then.

Catherine pinched Laura's cheek slowly with a smile. "Not hurt?" tanyakanya.

Slowly Laura nodded, injured in the back causing her to have to sleep on her side as long as the wound had not dried. However, the thing he still could not believe was the figure currently before him. Did Catherine really save him?

"Cathy, Zack—" Laura did not have time to apologize Catherine had already cut her sentence.

"Already, don't talk too much! You have to rest a lot. Why is it so reckless to come alone to such a place? What would you do if my niece did anything."

Catherine did not know what had happened. He clearly understood, but chose to be quiet. The pain of betrayal as Laura felt, she felt the same. Zack never really liked it. He only made Catherine a shield that always sacrificed when the man was injured. His love story is just a one-sided feeling that will never be avenged. For Zack, the power to replace James is more than anything, not him.

"Two months. The doctor said your baby is fine. You can check it through the USG later after your body is better" said Catherine casually, but not with Laura stunned until her eyes almost out of place.
