Chapter 38: Is He Really My Brother?

The car driven by Zack was moving towards the Chameleon area. A remote place on the border that indeed stands one of the boarding universities there.

Intentions only want to deliver Laura alone. However, Catherine was determined to join because she was too used to Laura. Fortunately, Zack has prepared a backup plan that is no less brilliant. Catherine could not stop him.

The car drove up the winding road because the area was above the mountains. The steep ravines and the iron-only road make the place the best terrain to destroy Laura later.

Even some small merchant stalls have been prepared Zack carefully, to launch the action. “Do you want grilled corn? Looks like here a lot of corn sellers.”

“Yes, Laura, how about we stop by for a minute? We'll be parting soon.” With a potent expression Catherine monica persuaded Laura in the back seat.

The girl could only interrupt the resignation and the car stopped at a side of the road bordering the ravine. “Cathy, I want to find a bathroom for a while. You order the corn burn! We eat on the road only, if we eat in the place too long later. We can go home tonight.”

Hearing Zack's reasoning, Catherine throttled in disappointment. “Good.”

He immediately went down leaving Laura all alone without suspicion, while Zack also went to the public bathroom located not far from the place.

Zack grabs the phone in his pocket and sends a message to some of the people who are part of his plan to carry out the mission now.

Meanwhile, Laura who was left alone felt a thumping feeling this time. Even though she knew something bad was going to happen, Laura still could not predict what would happen to her and what kind of bad plan they were going through. He rubbed the necklace Michael had given him hanging from his neck. I hope everything will be okay.

But sadly, hope now remains hope. A box car from above drove at high speed without being able to control its speed as if experiencing brake blong. Catherine, who was waiting for the order, was surprised by the fast-moving vehicle.

“Laura, Watch out!” He screamed trying to remind Laura in the car.

However, unfortunately when the girl was about to open the door to escape, the car was sealed shut. “Sial! I stuck their game,” muttered Laura inside before finally the box car hit his vehicle and ended up breaking through the road barrier.

Of course, the two vehicles immediately plunged free into a steep ravine and rolled into the interior quite far.

"Laura!" Catherine ran to try to approach, unfortunately some other people immediately held her body.

From behind, Zack immediately ran to see Catherine resting in the grasp of those who witnessed it. “Catherine, what happened?”

“Zack, Laura, Black. Dia—” Hasn't had time for Catherine to continue her sentence Zack has first hugged the woman tightly.

“Calm down, Catherine! We can say this to Dad. The rescue team will be here soon. He'll be fine!” zack said calmly. "In the afterlife," his mind grinned.

It was impossible for them to come down and see the situation below because of its deep enough position there were also dense trees that definitely covered the view.

Soon, however, an explosion sounded powerful enough to send a thick plume of smoke into the air.

“Laura!” Catherine shouted hysterically while extending her hand, while Zack instead grinned at the demon. Finally, the work of the father was done well. Even Cathrine would not have expected that, as the incident looked like an accident in general.

On the other hand, Michael awakens from his long sleep now next to his father. “Laura!” he was panting as if he had just had a bad dream for a few years.

“You're sober, Mich?”

“Papa, how can I be here?’’ michael tried to get up.

"We brought you here, Master," said two men who helped Argon in a wheelchair.

"Who are you?" asked Michael astonished. Because he had never seen those two people. After all, the two of them could know this place, they were definitely not ordinary people. Because only those who are trusted understand the place.

"They're men, Papa. Don't worry!" argon calmed his son.

For a moment Michael set his heart and mind. He then looked at the father carefully and hoped that what was heard last night was not the reality. "Pa, is it true that they say that Laura is my younger sister?"
