Mira was agitated this morning because since last night Dave could not be contacted. Even this morning it remains the same.

"Not usually Dave like this, what's up?? Though there want to remind him that there is an important meeting today in the office of Mr. Yohannes." murmured Mira.

Mira again tries to contact Dave.

"The number you're on is out of reach."

Back only the voice of the operator was heard and it made Mira more agitated. Time and again his breathing was rough.

"Yes Rabb, I hope nothing happens to Dave. Servant please protect him." Mira prayed.

Mira then ordered an online taxi for him to leave for the office. After nearly four years of leaving with Dave to work, this morning feels very different and Mira is unhappy about it.

Something is missing.

Mira stared at the street with a blank look as her mind drifted away at Dave's figure. The man who has been coloring his day for the past four years.

Mira smiles remembering all her sweet memories with Dave. Remembering her every concern and sweet attitude. Until the last time his boss expressed his feelings directly and his ability to still love him even with the differences that exist.

Mira was flattered.

"It's non, no," said the taxi driver.

Mira stuttered and regained her senses from her daydream.

"Oh yes, thank you sir. This is the cost and the rest you can keep." said Mira softly.

"Thank you so much non." said the taxi driver happily.

"Same sir. May today's windfall be smooth." said Mira.

"Aamiin,," said the taxi driver.

Mira entered his office. The security guard at the door squinted at the figure of Mira who had grown up today seen walking alone into the office yard.

"For Mira, Tumben alone." said the security guard.

"Good morning sir.". said Mira briefly without answering or explaining the reason for her loneliness that morning.

Yes how to explain because he himself is still confused with today. Today was different without Dave. Mira immediately stepped in without caring about the security guard who hoped to get an explanation from him.

In the office lobby several pairs of eyes also caught his arrival with a probing view. They began to whisper and whisper.

"Surely the handsome and wealthy Mr. Dave had dumped him."

"Of course, what's so special about Mira anyway? The widow is also still covering her face so.Kan is not at all the same level of appearance of our boss classy."

Mira who was still standing waiting for the elevator could hear all that as more and more they were left to raise her voice and no longer whispered whispers.

"Astaghfirullah, O Rabb, open your door of forgiveness to those who speak untrue things about me. Forgive them and give them guidance. Aamiin's." Mira prayed in her heart.

Mira always does.

Mira chose silence and prayed for the bullies. Mira also went straight into the elevator as soon as the elevator opened. His chest again feels tight considering there is usually always Dave who holds the elevator door and makes sure Mira has entered.

Dave's gonna talk to him a lot in the elevator. Although only talking about work but the habit can actually make Mira feel missed by the man this morning.

Mira thumped when the elevator door opened and she arrived on the floor where Dave was working. He put his bag on his desk. Mira then goes to Dave's door.

It opened slowly the door with great hope that it could see Dave in the room. Mira's eyes dimmed again because she did not see the figure she was looking for in the room.

"Where are you Dave??" inner Mira sendu.

Mira then closed the door again after previously turning on the AC in his boss' room. Usually Mira does not do it because Dave himself did it because they came together.

"I just turn it on first let Dave come to the room is cold." Inner Mira.

Mira then returned to her own desk and calmed herself down for a moment. Mira does not deny that today she cannot be entirely focused.

"Bismillah, O Lord, do all the business and work of the servant today. Aamiin's." Mira rubbed her face with both hands.

Mira began to be able to focus and do her daily tasks.

The elevator door opened. Mira immediately raised her head to see who was coming. His eyes also sparkled.

"That must be Dave. I'll scold her for worrying me from last night." - Inner Mira.

But Mira's beautiful eyes dimmed her light again because apparently not the figure she missed who emerged from the elevator.

"Good morning Zamira," said Reno.

"Good morning, Mr. Reno." Mira replied softly, barely audible.

Reno understood and was actually happy to see Mira like that.

Mira stuttered and felt guilty because she was unprofessional. He wears his feelings of being in a state of turmoil during work hours.

"Mm, Mmaaf, Mr. Reno" he said.

"It's okay Zamira. Um, can I just call Mira??" tanya Reno tried to familiarize herself.

Mira just nodded.

"Sir Reno is there an appointment with Mr Dave??" ask Mira.

Reno laughed inwardly hearing Mira mention Dave as sir. Funny but Reno can understand why Mira did it.

"There is no Mira. I'm here to replace Dave. You must have forgotten that today I am coming. Sorry if I am late. Meeting to the office of Mr. Yohannes is still an hour away, right??." cerocos Reno began his play.

Mira widened her eyes trying to understand what Reno said.

"Replace??" tanyakanya.

"Yes Mira, can we talk in Dave's room just for more details??" bring Reno.

Mira hesitates but thinks even though she feels uncomfortable in Dave's room alone with Reno.

"Sit down Mira." Reno said.

Mira according.

"So this is Mira. Dave's been entrusting this company to me since yesterday when I came here. So you have to get used to working with me. I will try my best to work with you as well" Reno said.

"But sir,,,"

"I don't know what the exact reason Dave arrived to hand over and entrust everything to me. You know what the reason is?? You're his secretary, I'm sure he's already discussed it with you." Reno interrupted before Mira finished her speech.

Mira shook her head weakly knowing Dave was leaving without a word.

"So you don't know??" ask Reno.

Mira nodded again. His eyes dimmed and implied a deep sadness. Reno enjoyed all the scenery in front of her.
