The Destiny of the Demon Sword

The Destiny of the Demon Sword
War of the Swordsman 1

Just as Orange was laying down his body, the sound of commotion was clearly heard in his ears.

"It's still a lot of daylight" he lamented.

Orange rose up and walked towards the door, opening the wooden door of the grandmother's house. Seen by him, the warriors along with the citizens back and forth milling in front of the house with a gun.

"The cirain has started its war, it is still in preparation" he said.

The orange closed the door and re-opened its body, staring at the fragile ceiling. The orange daydreams itself.

"Nine months in a world without spiritual energy, what's the thrill?" Tanya thought.

"But it's still exciting too, all this time I was too easy to slaughter my enemies in the mortal realm. With the conditions like now, surely my opponents have the opportunity to attack me and show their best ability" he added.

He smiled broadly imagining the exciting battle he would go through for nine months in the mortal realm. Shortly thereafter, he slept.

The day changed night, the atmosphere of Sukamati hamlet was still crowded by residents who were on alert to welcome the attack of five padepokan that had been anticipated by Lakanti's grandmother.

Orange awoke from his sleep, he noticed the back of a girl in the kitchen area.

"Who is he? Is she Naray, Grandma's ugly student?" Mumbled.

The girl turned her back, she approached Orange with a pot of water and a plate of boiled tubers on a tray she held.

Orange is so stunned to see the beauty of a girl who is so natural without makeup commonly used by girls on the continent of the Sun.

The young girl smiled gently watching him.

"Aa is up? Naray was asked by Master to serve Aa while at home" Naray said.

"If I'm still sleeping, I won't be able to see your beauty little girl" Orange replied as she rubbed her eyes.

Naray's face turned red like a ripe tomato, he smiled broadly at it.

The orange who saw the girl's charming smile was instantly stunned.

"I cannot be charmed by the beauty of another girl, remember the beautiful wife waiting for me to come home" said Jingga scolding herself.

Naray leaned over putting a teapot, glass and a plate of boiled tubers in front of the Orange. Unintentionally, Orange immediately threw away his face after seeing something cute owned by Naray clearly visible from the kebaya cloth that was open because of its position.

"Damn it! I know I'm far from my wife. She even showed her beauty, where it was still so ripe" the orange grumbled looking annoyed.

Naray who realized it immediately covered it with one hand, he then sat in front of the Orange and continued by pouring hot tea made.

"Sorry, Aa. I didn't have time to cover it up because both of my hands were holding a tray" he said.

His face grew redder in embarrassment that something precious of his had been seen by the young man before him.

"It's okay, sustenance for me. Next time you have to wear a shawl to cover it up. Be a girl of dignity, take care of yourself until there is a man who will take care of you" replied Jingga advising her.

"Well, Aa. Please enjoy the decoction bulbs" said Naray and then thrust them.

Orange just gobbled it up even though the boiled tubers are still so hot. Naray was stunned to see an orange that without the slightest bit of heat ate it.

"Slow-Slow, Aa. Later sprains" pinta Naray thrust a glass of hot tea.

The orange took it and drank it with one gulp. Naray who saw him back stunned, even he widened his eyes to see Orange drinking hot tea directly from his throat.

"Ah, delicious!"

"Thank you, Neng"

"Together, Aa" replied Naray.

The two then talked while waiting for the war to happen. There are many things that are told by the orange in his adventure.

The two talked for a long time, the atmosphere of the hamlet became quiet. Naray repeatedly covered his mouth as it continued to evaporate in the drowsiness that attacked him.

"Sleep, Neng. Don't force it" Pinta Orange felt sorry to see the girl in front of him who was so red in the eyes.

Naray nodded, too sleepy and still tired after returning from Lebakwangi. He lay down and slept in front of the orange.

"It seems like eating too much makes me want to pounce on him. I'd better get out of the house to avoid the khilaf" muttered Orange who continued to notice a beautiful girl sleeping lying in front of him.

Prok, prok, prok!

Orange glanced at the sound of clapping hands on the terrace of the house occupied by men who sat in a circle. A man waved a hand calling out to him. Orange then walked over.

"Or, come here!" Call the middle-aged man who is none other than Jentrang the head of the hamlet.

"Yes, Uncle" said Orange.

"Why don't you wear clothes in the middle of the night like this?" Ask Mr. Jentrang.

"No, Uncle" replied Jingga and sat down to gather with the people.

"Enjas, get a pangsi (a type of custom clothing) to wear" pinta pak Jentrang told a young man aged a dozen years.

"Okay, Dad" said the young man immediately standing entering the house.

Before long, the young man returned with a piece of clothing and handed it to Jingga.

"Thank you" said Jingga, who was embraced by Anjas.

Orange immediately wear it with a blangkon on his head. He looks so handsome. The villagers were amazed to see it.

"It was late at night, there was no attack from the black magic swordsmen. Did Nyai Lakanti lie to us?" Tapping a man and sipping coffee.

"Yes, we have to stay up late waiting for him" replied another man.

"Rubber, but we must remain vigilant guarding our hamlet" continued the others.

"No, the warriors are stalking us behind the trees" cut orange made the citizens instantly speechless.

"Are you really young?" Asked the middle-aged man less sure.

"Rubber, Uncle" replied Jingga.

He then stood in the middle of the crowd and glanced towards Mr. Jentrang.

"Head Hamlet. Let me start" pinta Jingga.

"Alright, while you attack him, we'll get ready. Be careful!" Said Mr. Jentrang gave him permission.

Orange immediately flashed in the silence of the night, the residents were so shocked to see the speed of the orange that was beyond their reasoning.

"Shadow step"

Gu!

Sreth! Sreth!

Slash after slash was shot orange at the necks of the warriors hiding in the trees. No one noticed the impromptu attack from a young man who was so quick to shake his sword.

Bugh! Bugh!

Dozens of lifeless bodies fell one by one like the sound of falling coconuts.

Tongs, kegs, kegs!

The batons were beaten by the citizens to tell everyone the war was going on.

Hundreds of men from the hamlet scattered with various weapons.

Hundreds of black magic warriors came from various directions flashing against the citizens who instantly retaliated. The thumping sound of the arms dispute getting louder and louder is heard indicating that the raging war has begun in the hamlet of Sukamati.

The orange standing on top of the tree continued to notice waves of attacks coming from various directions.

"Excellent, to destroy a hamlet. They mobilized thousands of warriors" he murmured.

The orange is attracted to the swordsman who leaps on the hill he once occupied.

"It looks like they are warriors who have high magic" he added.

The orange instantly jumped from the top of the tree attacking the dozens of warriors who had just touched the ground under the foothills.
