The Charm of the Duda

The Charm of the Duda
Chapter 27

The work piling up makes Vano come home late at night. Added just made a visit to the branch office.

At the end of this there is something that continues to interfere with his mind regarding the request of the princess only wayangnya. Naura continued to whine, asking Celina whereabouts to him. Not infrequently Naura asked Vano to make Celina as her mother.

Although almost a month had never met Celina again, Naura's memory of Celina was still so strong that it made her question Celina repeatedly.

Vano is sometimes frustrated with Naura's whining. He could not bring his daughter together with Celina for the same reason from the beginning.

After all, there is no history of Vano making children very close to women.

Before going to his room, Vano first saw the state of Naura who must have been asleep.

Instead of the door slowly. Vano was silent on the spot when he saw Intan falling asleep next to Naura with a fairy tale book hugged on top of her chest. And what makes Vano more fixated is the position of Naura who is hugging Intan.

The corner of Vano's lips lifted, forming a smile that looked relieved.

Behind this Vano indeed hopes Naura can be closer to Intan. Tonight after seeing the interaction of the two, Vano further solidified what had become his plan in the past few weeks.

Walking up to the two with a step of heart, Vano pulled a blanket to cover the bodies of the two.

Again, he carved a smile. At least if the plan can go smoothly, he can see Naura growing like other children his age who still need the affection of his parents.

Intan wriggled, the blanket covering her body making her a little distracted. Slowly his eyes opened, he was slightly jolted to find Vano standing beside the bed.

Seeing Intan wake up, Vano immediately placed his index finger on his lips and glanced towards Naura. He gave the code to Intan so as not to make a sound.

Intan sleepy slow sign understand. He changed his position by sitting on the side of the bed.

"I'm sorry I overslept," said Intan. He justifies his shirt while looking down embarrassed. I don't know how many times he fell asleep in Naura's room.

Vano did not respond. He looked at Intan while thinking hard.

"Follow me, there's something I want to talk about." Vano's orders are firm. He walked first out of Naura's room. Intan immediately followed after making sure Naura was still asleep.

Intan's step looks hesitant when following Vano. Not only doubt, Intan was also struck by fear. Although now Vano never returned home drunk, there were still concerns in Intan's heart about the events that almost happened to him.

Vano stopped his steps in front of his study. He looked at me before opening the door.

"I'm not gonna be like." Vano said firmly.

Apparently he knew what Intan was worried about. Intan lowered his head in shame, he rushed over then came in after Vano opened the door.

The two sat facing. Vano was silent for a while before expressing his wish. There was little doubt, but he immediately dismissed it because he did not know what made him feel doubtful. For Vano, the most important thing right now is the future of Naura. How he should grow up like any other child.

"You want to go to college, don't you.?" Ask Vano. His face that looks serious certainly invites its own prejudice for Intan.

He who did not know where Vano was headed, could only nod slowly to answer the question.

"I'll cover all your college expenses, as well as cover your family's living needs including your sister's school and college expenses later." Vano's words made Intan increasingly questionable.

"Marry me, Naura needs a mother figure and only you can get close to her."

Vano's request made Intan shocked to be unable to say - words. Sounds like a dream to Intan. Vano invited her to get married. There was no talk before.

"Ma, pardon me, I can't mas," Intan refused subtly. Linking his hands together, squeezing each other tightly to reduce the nervousness he felt. Not without reason Intan turned on Vano. Although honestly the charm of Vano has attracted his heart since the first time he met, but not necessarily make Intan want to take it for granted. From the statement that came out of Vano's mouth, it was enough to show that Vano married her just to be a mother Naura continued, not to invite her to live together as a wife and mother for Naura.

"Why.?" Vano stared fixedly at Intan's face. Although his expression looked flat, but Vano resisted the frustration of getting rejected. If out there all women race to attract his attention to be a wife, Intan actually rejects it without thinking long.

Vano commented a thin smile.

"You think I don't love you.?" Ask. Intan nodded quickly.

"The right thought." Vano said firmly.

"But you know, love can grow over time. I'll make sure of that. So there's no reason to reject me on the grounds that I don't love you." Vano spoke out loud, but to be honest he hesitated. Even Vano never thought he would love Intan.

"Sa, me," Intan looks nervous. Now he no longer knows what to answer.

"I'll give you time to think, you can also ask your parents for their opinions. I wait for the answer as soon as possible," Vano exclaimed.

...*****...

Celina squirms. Already since then the alarm went off but many times he turned it off.

she should have gotten up earlier this morning and been preparing to go on vacation with Dion.

Both Celina's parents are too enthusiastic to bring her daughter closer to Dion until they have to arrange a vacation schedule for them.

"Oh my goodness.!" Screeches Celina. For the umpteenth time he turned off the alarm, and this time he was forced to get up despite looking lazy.

"Hopefully Brother Dion has a lot to do." He muttered expectantly. Although initially very enthusiastic about going on vacation to Bali, but this morning Celina changed her mind. Laziness makes him no longer eager to leave.

Despite being lazy, Celina immediately took a shower and prepared. Dion might be coming soon. If he hadn't prepared, Dion would have thought no.

Just finished wearing clothes, Celina had to run out of the room to open the door. Her hair had not even dried.

"Sister," he said to Dion.

"Come on, I'll dry my hair for a minute" he said. Dion gave no response, focusing on watching Celina from toe to head. The more days Celina looks the more different. She looked more and more beautiful and her aura radiated. The growing love makes Dion see more perfection in Celina.

"Sir..!!" Shouted Celina. He was aghast at the cry of Celina who had already disappeared from before him.

Dion gave a thin smile. It seems like she's gone crazy because of Celina. The young woman was able to break through - the heart that had once been frozen.

"Sorry old," Celina came out while pulling a small suitcase.

Dion immediately stood up and took over Celina's suitcase.

"Let me," he said.

"Thank you," Celina commented a sincere smile.

He walked after Dion who pulled his suitcase.

Both of them came out of the apartment.

Celina began to align herself beside Dion. Celina occasionally glanced at the adult men who were different from most of the men out there that she had met.

A month of approach with Dion, the slightest touch by Dion exceeded the limit. Even Celina realized that she had more physical contact with Dion even though she was unconscious. Either pull his hand, hold it, even sometimes hit it.

To be honest there was no reason for Celina to refuse the match, as she could see how good Dion was for her future.
