Chapter 26: Emergency Plan

After hearing from Rainer, they immediately returned to the living room to gather to make new ideas.

Alex and Ferdinand, who had been watching the movie, finished watching it, closing their seats so that others could sit down.

"Try to tell me more detail Rainer" Eryk said after sitting on the sofa.

"I put a wiretap in Gaea's special room yesterday and when I tried to analyze the rest of the footage, I got a conversation that drew Aizawa. He said he'd be attending a party at the auction on the yacht in the next two days."

Eryk thought. "I didn't know there was an auction there" he said, his co-worker who liked to collect antiques also didn't say.

Gaea's eyes are rounded. "Ilegal!?"

If an illegal auction means the item is illegal too right? And the security of the auction was also not the police guarding like the auction that Eryk held last night.

"Are we signing up for someone or being invited?" Eryk asked.

"That's what Aizawa said?" ask Eryk.

Now Gaea understood Eryk's words in the shooting practice room.

A precious person has been taken by someone, meaning Kervyn has taken the life of Xander, their father—a person of value to Eryk.

And the burning feeling in Eryk's heart was his revenge on Kervyn.

Gaea lost her words to fight back.

Eryk exhaled. "I'll get ready, get an invitation to the auction" he said coldly, walking away upstairs.

"Geek!" Gaea called, but unanswered, he sighed. "You never had any desire to prevent Eryk?" he asked the three male men in front of him, exasperated.

They all obey Eryk's orders.

Was it just him who was worried about Eryk's safety?

"Trust me, I've been trying for the past year, babe," Alex said.

Gaea now glanced at Rainer.

"Don't look at me like a kitten asking for food, I've been trying until this second, Gaea," Rainer said. "Hard-headed he's like a coral, it took him a long time to break it."

Gaea exhaled her breath. He wanted to stop Eryk because he felt like it was a trap from Aizawa, like he had a chat last night.

Gaea immediately went upstairs following Eryk, knocking on the young man's room door. "Eryk's? I'm in, right?"

Gaea opens the door and is shocked to see Eryk wearing only his shirtless pants. "What are you doing!?" he began to look for items so that they could be thrown again.

"hey-hey! You're the one who asked to come in, don't throw in!" eryk said on the sidelines of his movement to avoid the goods thrown by Gaea.

Gaea resisted his attack. "You're supposed to get dressed first and let me in, Young Master."

Gaea coughed with her thoughts.

Eryk rolled his eyeballs. "You're an adult I think there's been a lot of guys you've seen, right? In magazines for example."

Gaea scratches her arm nervously; of course she likes to see models in magazines, Lola who likes to show it to her so that her intention is to find a girlfriend higher. But. he glanced at Eryk's body silently through his eyelashes.

Gaea approached, stopping Eryk's hand that was buttoning the shirt. "But Eryk, I think it's just a trap, why do you stay there?" tanyakanya.

"I had no choice Gaea" said Eryk. "I can't wait for them, Katherine's been kidnapped, I can't—"

Gaea's eyes widened. "Katherine's been kidnapped!?"

Gaea didn't know it, the others behaved as usual so she didn't suspect anything was wrong.

Eryk must have been shaken up, Katherine's his girlfriend...

"Yes, and Kervyn's culprit" said Eryk coldly. "I can't keep quiet, if I just hang on sooner or later you could get hurt by my negligence."

"But it's dangerous to also come to the person who organized the auction right? What if he's working with Kervyn too?" gaea said worriedly. "I don't want you to get hurt, Eryk." he admitted with a downcast face.

Eryk was obviously surprised by Gaea's confession, he did not realize the young woman would care for him. "I'll be fine Gaea, I'm used to being in a world like this. You don't have to worry."

"But..." Gaea was not satisfied.

"Don't worry about me, worry about yourself" said Eryk. "As long as I'm gone, you practice shooting with Alex."

Gaea did not reply; how could he practice shooting if his heart had been crushed by Eryk like this?

"Don't think no-no, there's Rainer and Ferdinand beside me" Eryk said.

Gaea nodded finally, he knew the abilities of the two young men especially Ferdinand even if he held back, the two of them would only fight again, so he could only pray Eryk, Rainer and Alex were fine.

Eryk smiled, continued buttoning his shirt, then put on his suit. "Come on."

Gaea nodded, and came out together, along with a familiar voice in her ears.

"Where's Eryk? I want to talk to him with four eyes!"

"He'll be here soon,"

Gaea immediately checked downstairs, where a young woman with black hair was arguing with Alex. "Lola!?"
