Sean swallowed his saliva roughly. After his wife spoke like that, it instantly made Sean's heart beat irregularly.
"Dear, I won't let you down again." Sean said, holding his wife's hands tightly.
Dara smiled sweetly. "alright. So you finish your job, then accompany me for a walk." Said Dara by gently rubbing the back of her husband's hand.
"I want to take you for a walk too, baby. So, I've been focusing on getting my job done."
"Surely, you're not looking at me at all Sean." Dara said with a face that was upset. Her mood was immediately made to plummet so because of the words of her husband.
"Hehe." Sean laughed crisply. Then he got up and stood before his wife. "I'm sorry, honey. I didn't mean to ignore you. I just want to get my work done so I can take you for a walk to the park."
"It's okay Sean. I-i understand. Thanks." Said Dara with a sweet smile that made Sean's heart immediately stunned with that sweet smile.
He gently embraced the tiny body. "Beloved together. Thanks too."
Dara breathed a rough sigh. "I won't stay away from Nick before you forget Raya and all about Raya." Said Dara firmly uncontested. If Sean does not like to be denied, then Dara also does not like to be denied. If Sean prefers to rule, then Dara will be more than that. At any rate, Dara will make Sean submit to her. It's not Dara who's going to bow to Sean.
Sean gripped the steering wheel. His mind and heart are at war. Sean still loves Raya but Sean also does not want to be left Dara.
Sean finally chose to nod. "Unconditionally, you must help me to forget about Raya."
Dara looked at the surprised face. Dara thought, Sean would reject it or maybe even scold him and throw himself into the glass again. Remembering that alone made Dara cringe and fear.
"I'll help Sean. As long as there is such a strong will and intention, surely you can do it. I do not want to be a shadow of the Kingdom in your life. I am the me. Raya is Raya. We're different. We're not the same." Said Dara firmly.
Yep. Sean had to tell his wife. Must tell his wife. Everything was. Because his wife had promised to help him and he had promised not to let his wife down.
Shouldn't there be mutual openness in a relationship? And Sean didn't want to repeat the same mistake either.
