Marrying the Paralyzed
Chapter 31

A few days later.

Melinda is getting more and more uncomfortable with what Indri did to her. Every day, Indri always approached him and gave things that Indri should not do.

“Melinda, are you inside?” ask Indri who is right in front of the room door.

Melinda who wanted to rest for a while, finally broke her intention and rushed to open the door for Indri who was either brought by Indri for her.

“Good day, do I bother you?” ask Indri.

Melinda just smiled getting a question from Indri.

“My arrival here just wanted to give you mangoes, you spend it. Mango fruit is certainly very healthy, hygienic and certainly expensive,” bright Indri and give a plate of mango fruit that has been peeled skin.

Melinda hesitantly received a plate of mango fruit given Indri.

“Do not forget to spend, I want to go down,” said Indri.

Melinda smiled and closed the room door again as Indri waltzed away from her.

“Mbak Indri scares me a bit. What if Mas Raka finds out about this? That yesterday alone, Mas Raka nagged me for hours because of fried chicken given by Mbak Indri,” Melinda said monologue.

Indri smiled and imagined how Melinda's body would react when enjoying the mango.

I just gave her the stomach wash, it would certainly not be dangerous. He thinks I'm really good? Ahh, that village woman is too naive. (Inner Indri)

It has been 2 hours, Melinda has not tasted the mango. For some reason, Melinda has a bad feeling with mango fruit given Indri.

“It looks like this mango fruit is not well consumed because it was exposed to dust. I should just throw it away,” said Melinda and finally throw the sliced mango into the trash box that is close to the bathroom.

Melinda finally threw away the mango and rushed out of the room. As Melinda opened the door, her husband suddenly appeared in front of her along with his personal assistant, Reza.

“Gosh.” Melinda almost lost her balance when she saw her husband.

“What's up? Do I look like a ghost?” asked Raka shouting.

“Mas Raka doesn't need to shout like this. I put it this way in surprise,” Melinda replied.

“Suami came home instead of being greeted with a smile, this was even greeted with a surprised face,” said Raka who protested with Melinda's reaction.

Melinda was silent without defending herself. After all, it was still her who would become her husband's scapegoat.

Raka was eager to pull Melinda's hair and throw her body as far away as possible. Seeing Melinda like that, made Raka very upset and almost died.

“Go to the kitchen and make me coffee!” Raka's orders.

Melinda assented and darted away as fast as she could to the kitchen.

“Young Old, do you keep doing this happening Young Miss? Can't Young Master be gentle towards a woman, moreover that woman is Young Miss?” Reza couldn't just stand idly by as Raka constantly scolded Melinda.

“Don't I repeatedly tell you not to interfere in my household affairs? You want me to fire?” Raka again threatens his personal assistant.

Reza sighed and shut her mouth tightly after hearing the threat from Raka that would make her lose her job.

“Why silent?” asked Raka smiling cynically.

“Young Master, I'm sorry.” The personal assistant was alone and half wrapped when about to leave his Young Master.

In such a way, Reza was safe from the questions that kept coming from the mouth of his Young Master.

Raka turned a glance and nodded with a triumphant smile.

Melinda sighed when the coffee her husband wanted was ready.

“How?” indri asked who suddenly came when Melinda would turn around.

“Aaaww.” Melinda was surprised to get her hands hit by coffee and fortunately the coffee cup did not spill.

“Yeah, did I surprise you? I did not accidentally,” said Indri panicked. Though in his mind he laughed with satisfaction to see the expression of the face of pain from Melinda.

“Melinda, why shut up? I asked, have you finished the mango I gave you a few hours ago?” ask Indri curious.

Indri's question made Melinda finally realize that the mango has been given something that would certainly harm her.

“Mbak Indri, I've eaten it to the end. Look, it's a plate that previously contained mangoes. Now, may I go to the room? Mas Raka must have been waiting for me,” explained Melinda.

“Wait!” Indri tried to stop Melinda's steps.

Melinda turned to Indri without turning around.

“Can you thank me for my kindness?” ask Indri while wagging her short hair.

“It looks like I don't need to say those sentences. After all what Mbak Indri did on the will of Mbak Indri himself,” Melinda replied.

Melinda smiled and walked into the room because she did not want her coffee to be cold.

Indri was flabbergasted to hear what Melinda said.

“What? Why is that village woman talking like that?” indri asked as if the words of Melinda dropped him just like that.

If it is a village, it is still a village. (Inner Indri)

Melinda went into the room and invited her husband to enjoy his black coffee.

“Mas Raka, here's the coffee,” Melinda said.

“How long?” asked Raka annoyed.

“Sorry, Mas Raka. Earlier in the kitchen there was Mbak Indri,” replied Melinda.

“What? Are you now so with that cunning woman? How many times have I said, you have to keep your distance with him,” said Raka furious.

Melinda smiled awkwardly and agreed with her husband.

“Already, my mind today is in turmoil. Now help me get out of bed!” Raka's orders.

“Mas Raka does not change clothes?” melinda asked as she helped her husband sit in a wheelchair.

As Melinda was helping her husband to sit in a wheelchair, suddenly the sound of knocking on the door was heard.

“Try you see, who is knocking on the door!” raka orders and before that, Melinda first pushes her husband's wheelchair towards the table where the black coffee is placed.

Melinda ran over and opened the door.

“I'm sorry Young Miss,” said the maid for interrupting the break of her two employers.

“What's up, Ma'am?” ask Melinda curious.

“In front of no woman, if not wrong the woman said that she was a friend of Young Miss,” explained the servant.

Melinda was surprised to find her happy because her only friend had come to see her.

“Mbak please tell him to wait a while,” Melinda replied very happily.

Melinda closed the door and asked her husband for permission to meet his beloved friend.

“Mas Raka, can I go out for a while to find my best friend?” ask Melinda.

“Men or women?” asked Raka coldly.

“Of course women, Mas Raka.”

“Alright, I give you 20 minutes and can not be more than that,” said Raka.

“Mas Raka, 20 minutes too short,” reply Melinda hope her husband gives extra time.

“You or not?” asked Raka while raising her next eyebrow.
