Marrying the Enemy
Leah's Suspicion

David still did not want to release his embrace from Shazia's body. The man closed his eyes while re-imagining the terrible events he had seen.

Like an action film, the difference is his own wife. Therefore watching the scene earlier made him very unsettled. If Leah doesn't keep getting in the way, maybe David will show up and leave everything. The goal is only one, David does not want his wife to be wretched.

"David, are you sleeping?" shazia asked with her eyebrows intertwined when her husband no longer said a single word.

"I still can't believe what I saw Shazia" David replied and slowly opened his eyes. The look they meet.

"Shazia, did he hurt you?" David checks Shazia's hands and his entire body to make sure Shazia is okay.

Shazia shook her head slowly. Suddenly, the poison reacted again. Shazia felt a great deal of sleepiness. His eyes began to blink repeatedly.

"Shazia, are you okay?" David was worried. Hearing David's question, Leah also directly glanced to the side.

"Boss, did something happen?"

Shazia shook her head slowly. "I'm .. I'm going to sleep." Shazia suddenly dropped her head on David's body. His eyes were closed and Shazia was no longer conscious. This made David and Leah even more worried.

"Shazia, wake up Shazia!" David patted Shazia's cheek gently hoping the woman could still open her eyes. However, Shazia was already so asleep that she could not open her eyes.

"We're taking Boss Shazia to the hospital!" Leah immediately drove her car to the nearest hospital. He doesn't want to be late.

On the other hand, Lohan and his team manage to find Devid's whereabouts. Lohan's face looks shocked to see the state of Devid which is now so sad. There were burns everywhere and the man's position was also pinned down. However, one thing made him distrustful. Devid is alive. The man pursed his fingers as Logan simply stared at him from afar.

"Boss!" With a battered body Logan ran up to Devid. Together with some of the men he brought, they together rescue Devid from the accident site.

"Boss!" greet Logan again when he has managed to pull Devid from the tronton.

Devid didn't want to say one more word. The man fainted and was no longer conscious. With his condition weak, Logan orders his troops to take Devid to a nearby hospital.

"Quick! Get Boss Devid to the car! We have to save him before it's too late!" logan shouted with a panicked face. He again saw the tronton that is now destroyed and burnt.

"How did he survive?" logan muttered inwardly still with a face of disbelief that Devid had survived the terrible accident.

Upon arrival at the hospital, Shazia was immediately handed over to the IGD room. David wanted to barge in but the nurse wouldn't let him. Leah sat in the chair in front of the IGD. He rubbed his face with his hands while occasionally throwing his breath violently.

"I don't want Shazia to be sick!" david said as he walked here and there.

"illness?" Leah scrunched her forehead.

"Yes. What the hell's going on? Eva also said lately Shazia's condition is weak. Does Shazia have a specific disease?"

Leah moved out of her chair. "No way! Miss Shazia is a healthy woman."

David looked at Leah's face with sadness. "Then, what happened? Why did he have to suddenly faint like this?"

Leah was silent for a moment. He now thought of a good solution to find out Shazia's health. However, it has not just got a solution suddenly his phone rings. Leah immediately raised the incoming call.

"What's wrong?"

"Boss, the man survived!"

"WHAT?!" Leah's facial expression was completely shocked.

"They took him to a hospital. I've sent the hospital address to you."

"Good, Boss."

Leah put her phone back in her pocket. David looked curious with Leah's shocked expression earlier.

"What's wrong?"

"The man survived!" leah replied not excited.

"You mean Devid?"

Leah nodded slowly. "I let Logan go and told people to follow him. I'm sure he'll definitely find his master. It's true, the man came to Devid's aid."

The door sounds open. A doctor came out of the room where Shazia was examined.

"What happened to my wife?"

"Your wife is just asleep" the doctor replied with a smile.

"Sleep?" chirp David and Leah together.

"Yes," the doctor replied again without burden.

"But, Boss Shazia has never been like this before." Leah still could not believe that Shazia was sleeping so recklessly.

The doctor also put on a serious face. "What if we do further checks? That way we'll know Miss Shazia's health is reasonable or in trouble."

David totally agrees. "Do your best for my wife. I'll pay whatever it costs."

The doctor just smiled. "Good, Sir. We will give you the best for your wife. To facilitate the examination process, your wife should be treated in the hospital for several days."

"Good, doc"

"I'll excuse you." The doctor leaves David and Leah.

Leah was still not calm with Shazia. The woman sat back with a worried face.

"Bos ...," said someone.

Leah and David looked ahead. There they saw Albert standing with his head wrapped in bandages. The scars are still clearly visible all over his body and face. Even when willing to step, Albert's path had to be limped.

"Albert!" David smiled happily. Indeed, during the process of releasing Albert, David could not be there because he had to follow Leah to save Shazia.

"I'm sorry for being useless" Albert said with a sad face.

David nodded slowly. He walked up to Albert and hugged the man. "No, Albert. You've done your job very well. You will always be my proud man!"

"What about Miss Shazia, boss? They've put poison in Miss Shazia's body. Logan and a traitorous servant have been doing it all this time."

"Poisons?" Leah approached Albert. "What do you mean, Sir? The poison? How could Boss Shazia drink poison?"

Albert nodded. "The doctor came to see me. He looked scared that night. The doctor told me what he had done to Miss Shazia. Even the doctor had given the antidote. But that night I was attacked by Logan. Until I finally did not manage to give this antidote to Miss Shazia." Albert took out a small bottle containing the antidote for Shazia. David received the antidote with a smiling lip.

"Thank you, Albert," David said with a happy heart.

Leah stood with her hands folded in front of her chest. "I should have just killed that Logan! He's a really bad guy!" leah's words in the heart.
