Sally looked at Mama Raka's face like a lifeless doll. He really can't believe what he's hearing.
As soon as his face was deathly pale, he sat down on his own feet, a sense of despair he felt to the limit that he could no longer tolerate by himself.
He tried to hold on with both of his palms on the floor which seemed to be colder than ice cubes.
And in the next second Sally drooped and fell to the floor, unconscious. Mama Sarah suffocates, embracing Sally's body,
"Darling...!" She anxiously lifted Sally's head over her lap, patting Sally's cheek.
All a moment looked at each other, then Sarah got down from the chair she was sitting on slowly, approaching Sally's body, but her mother pushed Sarah with an angry look.
"Don't pretend to be sympathetic." Stewing.
The atmosphere became very tense, papa Sarah came closer, trying to help resuscitate Sally. But Sally didn't budge, that puffy face with messy hair like cotton. He was completely shocked to the point of unconsciousness.
"Pa, we have to take her to her room!" Mama Sarah bought it for her husband.
The Papa tries to lift Sally's body but her old body is not worth the weight she lifts.
Mama and Papa Raka stood a little confused as to what to do while Raka stared indifferently, as if Sally was no more playing a role before her eyes.
Sarah looked up at her husband who was standing not far from her. Raka returned the gaze with flashing eyes waiting, she knew Sarah wanted her to do something.
"Let Raka help take him, pa." Sarah then held her father's wrist.
For a moment Raka stayed in her place with a reluctant look that could not be hidden but because everyone felt then turned to her, she advanced slowly.
"Darling, this is not what I want..." He said those words to Sarah's ear.
"Tante, this is just a sense of humanity, not for nothing." The sentence was so flat out from Raka's lips, as if a request for permission to lift Sally's body before she squatted down, then in the next second, Sally's body had floated above her two sturdy arms.
Sally's body drooped in Raka's arms, limp and resigned.
"Tante, show me the room" said Raka then, standing motionless waiting for Sarah's mother to wake up.
The middle-aged woman wavered a little, then stood ahead, before,
"Bring it here." He said he was driving to one of the rooms below. Sally's own room upstairs, certainly a bit difficult if you go upstairs.
Raka walked in the footsteps of Sarah's mother, while Sarah was behind her with an anxious face. But then her steps were stifled, she realized she didn't want to see her face at all right now.
"Surti, get some water, bring it here!" Mama's loud voice rang out loudly calling one of her domestic assistants before opening the room door.
"Take Sally to this room alone." Then with a rush to the middle room like you want to take something.
Raka immediately laid Sally's body on the bed as Sally's hands tightly knitted around her neck, her eyes open.
As if to tell, he was conscious.
"Kaka.." his soft voice half whispered, calling Raka's name with a favorite call that he usually refers to Raka first.
Raka stared intently at Sally, for a moment the two of them met each other's eyes.
"Get your hand off, Sally." Raka's voice sounded half growled, she was so uncomfortable with what Sally was doing.
"So I miss you." The weak voice sounded. Their faces were so close, because Sally pulled Raka's neck stronger. With a slight roughness, Raka snatched Sally's hand from her neck.
"Don't call me again with that call. I'm disgusted to hear it."Raka's fizzling cold.
"Why? why didn't you touch me? Why do you treat me like you've never been interested in me? Why on Sarah can you do it?" Sally pulled Raka's hand, before Raka turned around.
"It's your fault! You are the cause of everything. You know, I feel loved and wanted when I'm with Bram, but with you I feel ignored, even for a kiss so hard I got it!" Sally said that sentence without any embarrassment at all
Raka let go of Sally's hand, her face then grinned as if seeing Sarah so low.
"Sally, I didn't expect, to find someone who likes to step on your pride you're willing to throw yourself at someone else. If you really want to know why I tried not to touch you even though we were engaged, then I will answer you! I'm trying not to ruin your chastity until we have a legitimate marriage! Wh why? because I respect you, respect you as the person I love. I want you to feel cared for and valued and proud to be holy the day I call you wife." Raka said with a so flat expression.
"Unfortunately, I was too naive, so stupid as to try to keep a hunk of stone that I thought was a diamond!"
Raka pulled the corner of her lips, turned her body and walked with light steps out of the room accompanied by the sight of mama who almost collided with her with a bottle of eucalyptus oil in her hand.
The dinner that was planned that night never happened, all had lost the mood to do so.
Many times Papa Sarah apologizes for all the events that have passed, where they hide the secret of the mystery of the marriage of Raka and Sarah from Raka's own parents.
Papa and mama Sarah did not respond too much despite the disappointed look they could not hide.
How not, the future of their child has been played with, without considering the feelings of parents who love him so much.
Papa Raka said that they must go home immediately on the grounds that his head suddenly hurts, maybe his hypertension rises and forget to take drugs before leaving earlier. Mama Sarah just quietly, not even talking anymore just a smile forced to adorn her lips. Meanwhile, Raka and Sarah seemed impatient to leave the house.
In the car, they all became quiet, probably not knowing what to talk about. Shock and disappointment may still be in the hearts of the two old men, feeling lied to for so long is certainly not an easy thing to accept or maybe they are trying to digest the incident that just happened.
Raka and Sarah, of course, do not want to aggravate the atmosphere by trying to speak or defend themselves.
It is enough time to recover every wound and disappointment. Parents sometimes feel angry at their children's mistakes, but they never really get angry at them.
...***...
Sarah and Raka lay on the bed, facing each other and just looking at each other.
Raka wiped the fallen haircut partially over his wife's cheek with her index finger.
"Darling, why are you looking at me like that?" ask Raka, slowly. He could not bear to see his wife who had been silent, not making a sound since they both changed clothes and went up to the bed.
"I just feel tired..."Sarah's voice sounded trembling. His body curled up, his hands hugging his knees while remaining in a tilted lying position. Like a helpless baby.
"Darling, we've all been through together. There's nothing you need to fear anymore."
said Raka, while closing in on that curled body and hugging it warmly.
"It's okay baby, I'll always be with you." Raka whispered softly while kissing Sarah's hair affectionately.
Sarah couldn't help but puff, she was so relieved to have found someone who loved her and a family who loved her. He will never again feel alone and curse his unlucky fate in this world.
"Honey, said doctor Yogi.pregnant women should not be stressed let alone a lot of crying, not good for fetal development." Raka spoke warmly, rubbing his wife's back.
Sarah's hand involuntarily touched her stomach which still felt flat, but she knew there was one life there, which became the estuary of her life and Raka now.
Sarah buried her face in Raka's chest, rubbing her face on the thin T-shirt Raka wore to wipe away the rest of her tears while draping her body around her husband's arms and whispering softly,
"Darling.thank you for everything."
