Mayra was standing in front of the window. His eyes looked straight ahead, staring at the buildings in front of him. Every now and then, he sipped the milk in the glass he was holding. His net was staring out deeply.

It's been a month since Adrian's departure to Korea, and it's been a month since Mayra went to work. But even so, he did not reduce his time with Alice. He still puts the child as a priority above all else, even sometimes Alice was silent in his office.

And for a month now, Mayra decided to make herself the center of happiness, focusing on enjoying life without caring anymore about what Adrian did. Apparently, during this month Mayra was able to suppress her feelings until she felt much calmer.

Mayra, who initially always wanted to send word with Adrian, began to get used to him to no longer communicate even though he only greeted each other with the man. Although it is undeniable, as a woman who loves Adrian, no interaction between them makes him trapped in longing. Therefore, it was not once twice that he wanted to send a message to Adrian, who he had now managed to hold.

For some reason, during this week Mayra felt really tired with conditions like this. She enjoys it when she doesn't think about Adrian anymore, but on the other hand, she doesn't want his status to be hanged, until yesterday afternoon when she consulted her attorney, Mayra decided to sue Adrian for divorce. There is no point in living a household like this. She's young, she's beautiful and can still be happy, even though she knows it takes a long time to forget Adrian.

Mayra saw the clock on the wall. The time showed at four in the afternoon, until the woman immediately turned around and then kept a glass filled with milk on the table, then she took it and sat herself in the work chair.

She had wanted to call Adrian many times, and said she wanted a divorce, but nothing had materialized. Every time the intention was there, he kept it out.

Mayra's reason was that her brain still lacked the time to come up with the right words to be able to talk to the man. She had also thought about how to reveal this to Alice, and the only way she got was to cover up her divorce.

Mayra will keep her divorce a secret from the princess, so Alice is not surprised.

Half an hour passed, finally Mayra was fiddling with his phone back, then he called Adrian and after three times rang, then Adrian raised his call.

"Hello Mayra?" call Adrian from across there.

Mayra could not lie, her heart still pounding when she heard Adrian's voice. However, he did not want to continue to get caught up in this kind of feeling.

"May I have ten minutes? Um, no. Five minutes," said Mayra.

"What do you want to talk about?" adrian's question sounded cold.

Mayra inhales as much oxygen as possible in preparation. He then closed his eyes, with his hand holding his chest as it was painful.

"Adrian, let's get a divorce" Mayra said.

Finally, those words came out of Mayra's mouth. An invitation he never imagined would come from his mouth. The woman's feelings were so jumbled, between relief and pain.

Silent.

Both Mayra and Adrian were silent. It seemed, the man was still shocked by what he heard.

"Hello, Adrian?" call Mayra when the minutes have passed, but her ears did not hear a response from Adrian.

"We'll talk later" Adrian said. He instantly turned off his call, until Mayra sighed. He's really uncomfortable talking about such an important thing over the phone, but he has no choice. Therefore, now he hopes Adrian will go home, so they can speak with four eyes.

Mayra continued her steps after saving the phone. He decided to go home. While in the elevator, suddenly his phone rings, a call comes in from Tommy.

Mayra doesn't pick him up, because she doesn't want to destroy Tommy's relationship. Due to the fact, since one week ago, he knew that Tommy had been betrothed by his father to a business partner from Tommy's father.

Tommy can't resist, but Tommy also ventured to express his feelings for Mayra. If Mayra had accepted it, Tommy would have let go all and preferred Mayra.

However, of course Mayra did not accept Tommy. Other than because he did not want to destroy the father and son relationship, he was also unlikely to accept because he himself was still married. The other factor, he also couldn't trick his heart, which had no feelings for Tommy.

Mayra is in a phase of trauma, so she does not want to be tied to marriage anymore. She wants to be single, and wants to enjoy her life. The marriage with Adrian was traumatic, and this month really made Mayra's life fun, so she thought better of herself than to have a commitment with anyone.

After a long journey, finally the car driven by Mayra reached home. The woman got out of the car and walked inside.

When she went inside, Mayra walked straight to Alice's room. Alice didn't go to her office because she wasn't feeling well. When she came in, Alice was watching television.

"Mommy," call Alice. She got up from her seat and ran towards Mayra, then hugged her mother.

"Why didn't you call Mommy?" ask Mayra.

"I'm afraid Mommy's busy" she replied.

"Have you eaten?" ask her again while stroking Alice's hair.

Alice shakes. "No, my tongue is bitter."

"You want Mommy to do something?" tawar Mayras.

"If Mommy is tired, don't. Later," he replied, who did not want to be incriminating.

"No, Mommy's not tired. Mommy will make you food" Mayra said.

Alice nodded. "Thank you, Mommy."

Alice then immediately released her embrace, until Mayra turned around. There is a bit of sadness to imagine that soon she will be divorced with Adrian, which means that sooner or later, Alice will also understand everything, although at first maybe they will cover up their divorce.

Mayra turned around, then walked to the room to change clothes, and after that she made food for Alice.

An hour later.

When the cooking was over, Mayra immediately brought the food to the dining table, then she told the waiter to call Alice. Before long, there was a sound of footsteps and it turned out that Alice had just come down.

"Well, that's delicious." Alice pulled out a chair and sat down next to Mayra.

"That's right" Alice said as the food passed through her mouth. Alice thought of something, she immediately took the empty plate and then stored half the food cooked by Mayra onto the empty plate, making Mayra frown.

"This food is delicious, Mommy. I'll keep half of it in the fridge for my lunch tomorrow" Alice replied. The teenage girl's eyes glazed over, but she quickly lowered her head and ate Mayra's cooking.

For a month, Alice was terrified. She was afraid that Mayra would leave her because of her father's attitude. Yes, this is the reason why Alice is currently still angry with Adrian over the incident at the restaurant, where the father invited other women to sit at the same table. It was simple, but it scared Alice. What if Mayra gets angry and ends up leaving her father, who will definitely leave her?

While Mayra, really did not understand what Alice said. Normally, Alice wasn't like this until Mayra suddenly remembered something. During this month, when she was active again in the office, Alice was always following her but Alice never asked her for anything more.

Usually, Alice would ask for food or other things, but for a month Alice would only follow her and even very obediently. Of course Alice was afraid to make Mayra angry and ended up leaving her.

Mayra stroked the princess's hair, until Alice looked up. He asked, "Is there anything you've been hiding from Mommy?"

Alice shakes.

"Mommy will be angry if you lie" he threatened.

"I'm scared" said Alice.

"You're afraid why? What's up, what's up?" mayra asked, she gave Alice a drink so Alice could tell her story.

In the end, Alice also told her fear, until Mayra was stunned. He immediately took Alice into his arms.

"Why do you think that? Who's gonna leave you?" mayra asked, but in her heart she denied her words, because she clearly intended to divorce Adrian.

Mayra let go of her embrace, then she stroked Alice's hair. "Alice, even if Mommy works, Mommy will never refuse anything you want. Mommy will always cook your favorite food, accompany you to sleep and do other things" he said.

"But I'm afraid of bothering Mommy and Mommy annoyed me," Alice said, making Mayra shake her head again.

"Already, don't think about anything. Mommy wouldn't be like that. Let's eat again" Mayra said. He pulled the plate that was filled with half the food by Alice, then put it together again with the plate that was in front of his daughter, until Alice developed her smile. The woman ate voraciously, for she had not eaten Mayra's cooking for a month.

Finally, the dinner was over. Mayra escorts Alice to her room, and also gives the medicine to Alice, then after that she goes to her own room.

When she changed clothes, Mayra fiddled with her phone. There was no message from Adrian, until he called Adrian. He wondered what the man's response was, was the man going home to talk things out?

Because honestly, Mayra wants everything to be finished immediately, and if Adrian does not come or do not speak, Mayra herself will take the decision by registering a divorce lawsuit to the court without Adrian's permission.

Several calls were made, but Adrian did not pick up the call from her making Mayra sigh heavily, until Mayra decided to stop calling Adrian. He'll try again tomorrow.

Adrian kept looking at his phone, where it kept ringing. He deliberately did not answer, because he avoided debate. The man was still worried about deciding on the steps taken. Honestly, it's too sudden. She is too shocked by Mayra's desire for a divorce.

Although his attitude was cold to Mayra, but of course he did not want a divorce. Not because Adrian loved the woman, but because he would definitely see the wound in Alice's eyes, that's why he had to think about what steps to take ahead, he did not divorce Mayra.

Now, Adrian is brain-twisting, figuring out how to convince Mayra to come back, to keep Mayra with him and Alice.

Shortly after struggling with his own thoughts, he got the idea to return to acting as before, where he had chased Mayra until Mayra collapsed. "Yes, it seems like I have to do that" Adrian said.

But still, even then he would still pretend to go to Korea, just that maybe he would pay more attention to Mayra.

A few days later.

Adrian gets out of the car. In the end, Adrian decided to go home after a few days passed, where Mayra asked for a divorce.

When I went inside, the house looked quiet. There's no one there. "Where are Mayra and Alice, Pamela?" adrian asked Pamela.

"Oh, Miss Alice is still in school, while Miss Mayra seems to be in the room. Miss did not go to the office today," said Pamela until Adrian nodded, making Adrian sigh with relief knowing that Mayra was home, and did not go anywhere.

Adrian walked up to the elevator, then went up to his room, and then he opened the door and opened the room right when he opened the door, it turns out that Mayra was sitting in bed while holding a laptop. Apparently, the woman was doing her job.

When the door opened, Mayra looked at the door and it was Adrian who came in. If Mayra would normally have welcomed the man, but now it's different. He even looked at Adrian with an ordinary highlight, as if Adrian's presence had no effect on him. Of course, she wanted to hug her husband.

"You have come" Mayra said briefly. The woman refocused on her laptop, while Adrian decided to refresh himself first, then afterwards intended to talk to Mayra before Alice returned home.

Twenty minutes later, Adrian was out of the walk-in closet. He was already wearing casual clothes.

"Mayra," call Adrian.

Mayra who was focusing on her laptop, turned her head and then she immediately kept her laptop downstairs. He felt it was the right time to talk, and now the two men were sitting on the sofa opposite each other.

"Why do you want a divorce from me?" ask Adrian. He immediately started the conversation.

"Adrian, we're both adults. You should have realized why I asked you for a divorce" Mayra said, "you don't have to worry about Alice. I'm not gonna tell you about our divorce."

Adrian got up from his seat then approached Mayra, then after that he bent his legs in front of his wife, making Mayra's eyes rounded.

"I know I was wrong, please forgive me. All this time I was too busy with my work" said Adrian.

"Adrian, so the doctor isn't that busy until you don't have time for me. It's okay, maybe you don't love me or you have other reasons. But, I don't think I want to survive a marriage like this" he said.

“My decision is round. I want us divorced.”
