Eps. 276 — Blood Drops
When Zhou Yuan and Han Lilis parted ways, it was actually Zhou Yuan not leaving the girl alone.
Zhou Yuan floated in the air and watched Han Lilis from afar, he was a little surprised when the girl lied about where she lived which was not on the river side.
Although the settlement of the beast human race was hidden and camouflaged with the surrounding foliage, Zhou Yuan who was floating in the sky could see it clearly.
Zhou Yuan continued to watch the girl in the air until Han Lilis arrived at his house safely.
Realizing that there was nothing to worry about anymore Zhou Yuan intended to leave but only a few moments later did his eyes see a band of rogues approaching their settlement.
The rogues, carrying a dog that should have been used to track, Zhou realized moments later when they tracked Han Lilis' smell from her fur and footprints, from the beginning the bandits waited for Han Lilis to return to her home.
With their sharp sniffer dog smell the rogues were finally able to find the hidden Human Beast Race settlement.
Zhou Yuan did not go down immediately because he wanted to see the situation further, when the bandits managed to break into the settlement gate and were about to fight with them, Zhou Yuan had no choice but to interfere.
Zhou Yuan then descended and landed in the middle of them, his gaze coldly fixed on those rogues.
Surprise was plastered on the face of the robber, the two adult men who had met Zhou Yuan before reacted the most compared to the others.
In addition to the rogues, the residents of the Human Beast Race were similarly reacting especially Han Lilis who knew Zhou Yuan.
"Why is he here..." Han Lilis was surprised not to play.
"Boss, he's the young man I told you about earlier..." Two grown men who knew Zhou Yuan whispered to their leader, telling him about Zhou Yuan.
The rogues boss slightly frowned after hearing that, he looked at Zhou Yuan from top to bottom but found no signs of the young man being strong or dangerous, in his eyes, Zhou Yuan was like an ordinary teenage human.
Nevertheless the rogues boss remained vigilant, Zhou Yuan's sudden and seemingly falling from the sky made him believe the young man in front of him was a swordsman as well.
"Young man, I don't know why you're here but as a fellow race don't interfere in my affairs?!" The rogue boss said loudly.
"Your husbands?" Zhou Yuan raised an eyebrow. "I just found out that you guys are looking for trouble with other people, this is not your business at all, is it?!"
The rogues boss does not argue or seek excuses because he is sure, even a fool will realize his intentions and tactics here.
"You better not get in my way or maybe I'll do something to you, I won't hesitate to finish you off."
"You're threatening me?!" Zhou Yuan laughed out loud. "I should have said that to you..."
After Zhou Yuan said so he suddenly released a dense murderous aura on his body and aimed at the thieves.
The rogues boss who wanted to speak again now had his voice stuck in his throat, Zhou Yuan's murderous aura made his body tremble and his knees feel limp.
The other rogues felt a similar feeling, their breathing was congested and not powered up, they finally fell to their knees.

The rogues who could previously move were now only able to stay in place and fall to their knees again. The strength of those who reached the Golden Realm downward was helpless with those two auras.
Zhou Yuan then came to one of them and created an ice sword in his hand. The one thief grew even more frightened let alone Zhou Yuan unhesitatingly swinging a sword at his opponent's neck, leaving the rogues' heads separated from their places.
Seeing their friend die in such a way the fears of the rogues grew but they could do nothing with Zhou Yuan's aura, the bandits could only see their comrades being slaughtered one by one.
"Don't expect my plea and mercy, I'm sure you've been given the opportunity by others to do good but you're still bandits again, you've done a lot of killing and kidnapping, you've done a lot, no next chance." Zhou Yuan said to them, his tone was cold.
Zhou Yuan started swinging his sword towards the throats of the rogues, each strike was able to finish them off and in a short time already many heads were rolling on the ground.
Zhou Yuan finished off the bandits mercilessly, their leader could only watch his men being killed one by one because Zhou Yuan intended to finish off his leader at the end.
The rogues boss' body trembled violently, his heart almost stopping the moment Zhou Yuan stopped in front of him.
The Roaming Boss could only close his eyes and hope that Zhou Yuan would finish him off with the slightest pain possible. Zhou Yuan snorted, unlike the others, he slammed his ice sword towards the rogues boss' heart, he had a great pain before finally exhaling his last breath.
Zhou Yuan breathed a sigh of relief after all the bandits died, Zhou Yuan then looked at Han Xian and the others.
Han Xian as well as the inhabitants of the beast human race from beginning to end could only hold their breath seeing Zhou Yuan's slaughter action.
Some of those who were not strong saw the young man's actions were vomiting to the point of losing consciousness while others just broke out in cold sweat.
The young man came suddenly and they were shocked by his ability and strength. The most terrifying thing about Zhou Yuan was the murderous aura that the young man released.
Although Zhou Yuan could be said to have finished off his opponent but it was difficult for them to hide their fear let alone they did not know the identity of the young man before him, it was possible that Zhou Yuan wanted to slaughter everyone here given his cruelty.
"You should be safe now, no bandits come here anymore..." Zhou Yuan spoke up, smiling faintly at their fear.

"Do you want to go?" Han Lilis said doubtfully.
"I'm just making sure you're safe until your house, now everything's safe..." Zhou Yuan turned his head and smiled.
