Kiarra the Goddess of Death

Kiarra the Goddess of Death
Against the King's Order

They speak the language of the land of Kaa. Translation.

The Vom knights were visibly upset that they had not found any of the Vom's children in the house or in the vicinity of the settlement. They came at the General empty-handed as the cruel-faced woman was wiping her bloodied dagger. Dra who was saved by him seemed confused when he saw the inhabitants of Gul lying with purple blood smearing their bodies.

"General. Vom's children are not here" Commander Goo said.

"Bragh!"

THE DUAKK!!

The Vom knights were stunned because the General was suddenly enraged. Kiarra kicked a bucket made of iron until it was thrown and hit the wall. The men stared at Kia sharply looking nervous.

"I expected it! The insolent! Who's the royal spy who didn't give us accurate information? Just look, if I meet the guy it'll cut off his head!" he was angry with hunting breath.

People gulped. They never thought that the General would be this angry.

"Should we burn this village to leave no trace?" asked Commander Goo, but it made Kiarra's eyes wide open.

"Leave it. I want to see how the Ark Kingdom will react when we find out if we act in this place. I want to see how much their guts will repay us" said Kiarra, grimly as she sheathed her dagger back.

"A-you intend to ignite a war?" ask a knight. Kiarra looked at the man.

"Flaming war? With us already setting foot here, it already indicates if Vom is ready for battle, you moron!" his yell.

"Go-blocks? What'sthat?" ask Goo wonder.

"Stupid! An idiot! Stupid!" kiarra replied which made everyone confused with her language.

Kiarra knew that those people would be confused by his words. Kiarra also realized one thing. All this time, he could understand the language of those people because the knowledge of Kia language in the Kaa Country had been absorbed by him. It's just that, Kiarra who used to master Japanese, English, Indonesian and Mandarin like making the languages spontaneously mixed just like that when he was speaking.

"We're getting out of here. It is futile that I do if it turns out that I did not get the results of my slaughter so many times," he said bragging.

The knights following Dra nodded slowly. They began to ride horses and prepare to leave the village that had lost its inhabitants.

"Oh, where's my supply bundle? Didn't I tie it to the saddle of the horse?" ask a confused knight.

"None of mine!" other knights sahut.

Kiarra held a smile. "Basar crybaby. Only bundles of food and useless items are you still debating? Embarrassing. Are you going to die just because you have to fast until you arrive in the kingdom?" sindir Kiarra is sharp in which she really enjoys her role this time.

"N-no, General. We are fine," replied one of the knights with a downcast look.

"We're leaving. Heyah!" take Kiarra while spurring his horse to leave Gul village.

Dra turned his head and looked at the residents lying covered in blood all over the place intently. He seemed to realize something, but chose silence and immediately left. Kiarra's entourage drove the horses quickly before the red moon appeared. To Kiarra, the moon was like it was bleeding because it looked terrible and like it was emitting a murderous aura.

The legs of the purple-eyed horse speeded through the dirt road to return home. Kiarra was already impatient to see the King and ask him the purpose of his mission. He felt that the news was fake considering that he had also searched for the whereabouts of the Vom children, but there was no trace there. Just before the red moon appeared, the horses had managed to arrive after Kiarra forced the purple-tailed animals to keep running.

The arrival of Kiarra and his entourage was certainly welcomed by everyone. The Kiarra ladies-in-waiting who looked from the top of the tower developed a smile as their lover returned home safely with no visible injuries or reduced squad members. They rushed down to greet the master. Unfortunately, the General did not return the joyful welcome. His face was tense as if he was holding a temper tantrum to someone.

"General Kia has returned!" exclaimed the doorkeeper of the hall room while opening the wooden board.

The large room looks like a magnificent hall with large pillars of support made of stone. The strength of the building was reinforced with a patterned stone floor from the hand-carved sculpture of an expert. The light of candles and torches on the walls of the building illuminates the vastness of the room with a towering roof despite the dim glow. The window curtains were bound to let the purple light of the moon beautify the royal room.

The large room that was used to discuss and receive guests, was now filled with important people in the Vom Kingdom. The king, queen and the royal officials gathered to welcome the arrival of the General and the Commander of Goo and Dra. Pride robes are worn as a sign of the height of the office they hold. The layers of skin on the body were embellished with gold bracelets and necklaces to complement the noble status of those people.

"General Kia! It's the shortest task you've taken for coming home so soon. What good news do you want to tell me?" ask the King's Advisor with a stretch of hands as Kiarra, Dra and Commander Goo enter the room.

"Oh!" shock the people in the room as Kia rolled over a head with her mouth gaping from a bundle of cloth she was carrying.

The queen was aghast and almost screamed in shock. Goo and Dra don't even know if Kia's bundle is the head. They think it's the equipment.

"The man swore to me that none of Vom's children had been kidnapped. I can't believe it and I chop off his head. I massacred the entire population to look for the whereabouts of the children. However, it was only a lie that I got in that village!" kiarra shouted furiously while slamming the bundle cloth onto the floor.

"What do you mean, General?" ask the King with narrowed eyes.

"There are no Vom children in that place! My troops and Commander Goo have searched all over the place looking for him. There's no trace of them there! Who is the false informer? Show me that guy!" he was angry with hunting breath.

"Kia! Keep your words in front of the king!" exclaimed the high-ranking state officials who were in the room.

Kiarra who ignited emotions did not reply and glanced at the man sharply. The eyes of the people in the room were locked on the figure of the General who looked filled with hatred.

"General Kia. Your attitude today has shown that you are a threat to the kingdom. We have just received information that your ladies who were expelled from Vom are now siding with the enemy kingdom. They conspired to bring down the kingdom. They will come attacking on a massive scale and it's all because of your fault!" appoint a government official.

Kiarra's eyes glared because now he was even cornered over what he felt was right.

"As a punishment, you will be on the front lines to dispel the enemy. Isn't war your favorite?" the Queen quipped, but Kiarra even chuckled amusedly with her head shaking.

"Look, you didn't burn down that village, General Kia. Do you intend to wage a war between the Vom and Ark Kingdoms by leaving a trail?" asked an official with a sly smile.

"Gul Village is not as rumored. The place is only inhabited by poor people. Burned or not, Ark won't come to us just because of that worthless village!" kiarra.

"The Ark kingdom protects that village! It was certain that Gul Village was within his realm!" the King showed his wrath.

"That's not true. Gul village is on the border of Vom and Ark region. The village was exiled. They are not in the power of the Ark Kingdom" answered Kiarra defending his opinion.

"If that's the case, why do we all attack, Gul Village is always assisted by Ark forces?" asked the King with hunting breath.

"Then why did when I came to slaughter the village, the Ark Kingdom army did not appear? If the village really entered its territory, it should be fortified and guarded by Ark forces. While me? I could get in and out of the village easily. In fact, the massacre I committed was the easiest because the inhabitants were only civilians and not soldiers!" kiarra replied no less emotionally.

The atmosphere in the room was tense instantly. The King and the General looked at each other sharply.

"You doubt the information of the Vom Kingdom spies? You know the punishment, General Kia? Your punishment will be more severe than being on the front lines" asked the King's Counsel.

"I'll tell you the proper punishment for a liar. Cut off the tongue," answered Kiarra grimly staring back at the adviser.

"Do you mean to defy the king's orders?" ask the Queen to speak again.

"Which command am I against? Can't you tell the difference? I went to war, butchered the people alone, and then I went home empty-handed because no children from Vom were found. Actually, who here is stupid?" sindir Kiarra sharp.

"You insulted the Queen!" the high royal official pointed.

"And I don't hesitate to insult you one by one if you're not good at managing information!" his answer pointed to the people sitting on the chairs. "Did your brain dull from sitting on that throne so that it could not distinguish what was right and what was wrong? Bring the spy here, let me gouge his eyes out and cut his tongue out!" kiarra shouted furiously as she drew the sword.

"He is against the King!" another high official.

Dra panicked following Commander Goo who was in that place. Kiarra was stared at sharply and was considered a rebel at the palace. Moreover, he was accused of having brought disaster to the kingdom after the expulsion of his female ladies. Kiarra who was filled with anger and hatred, thought of a crazy idea in his mind. The woman walked backwards with the sword still in the grasp of the right hand. He was tired of pretending to be Kia.

"You said I changed, didn't you?" ask her with sharp eyes. Everyone's gaze in the room was focused on a Kia. "I tell you one big secret that only me and Dra know," he continued, which made Dra's eyes bulge wide.
