Protecting Daniel
"Why Dad hit No Niel." Zeline cried sobbing while hugging Daniel's leg. As if he wanted to be a protector so that Daniel would no longer get punches from his father.
"Zeline.. stay away..." Father tried to speak as softly as possible to his grandson.
"Beautiful want.. hua..." Zeline hugged Daniel's leg. The little girl was terrified when Dad hit Daniel again.
"Zeline..." Daniel attempts to take off his daughter's arms at his feet. After being released, Daniel immediately lifted Zeline's body into his lap. "Don't cry... Brother really is okay." Daniel's fingers wiped away the tears that kept flowing down his daughter's cheeks.
"Nice that Dad..." Zeline hugged Daniel's body. Spilling his fear on the chest of the field the man he did not know was his real father.
"Zel.." Dad's voice was stuck. His unsettled emotions were eager for him to vent on the dickhead in front of him at this moment. But seeing his frightened grandson made Dad undo his intentions.
The mother who still calms Amara releases her embrace from Amara and draws closer to Dad. "That's it, Dad." said Mom, shaking her head. "Pity of Zel." said Mother softly hoping that her husband could understand.
Dad breathed a rough breath in the air. Staring at the ceiling of his living room while kneading his pained temple.
"Zeline. let go of the guy." Tell me without even mentioning Daniel by name.
Zeline shook her head as she tightened her embrace on Daniel's body. "She wants... That evil father... Hua..." Zeline was crying so hard. The little and innocent girl really did not understand the circumstances that were going on. All he knew was that he didn't want the man he called Big Brother to get another blow from Dad.
"Zeline..." Daniel attempts to release Zeline's embrace. But Zeline shook her head while tightening her embrace.
He chose to be quiet and no longer speak. Seeing how unfortunately Zeline was to her biological father somehow made Dad and Mom's breasts feel tight.
"That's enough, Dad.remember in this case our daughter is also guilty." Mother said reminding her husband again of their conversation a few days ago.
"Dad... Mum..." Amara who had been silent in her position had also voiced.
Amara nodded her head and walked closer to Zeline and Daniel.
"Zeline.. Let's go back to the room." Take Amara while extending both hands to Zeline's body.
Zeline shook her head quickly in Daniel's arms. "She wants... I'll hit that again." Said refused.
"No... I'm not gonna hit Brother Daniel... Let's go into the room, Dad and I want to talk to Brother Daniel." Amara tries to persuade Zeline.
"You want..." Zeline's voice was heard rising.
Daniel distanced his daughter's body slightly to see Zeline's face. "Zelines... Brother is okay. And I will no longer hit Brother. Believe it." Daniel said as he stroked his daughter's hair.
"The evil father." said Zeline on the sidelines.
Daniel shook his head while smiling. "Dad is not evil. Dad was like that because Brother was guilty. Can Zel go into the room first so that Big Brother can apologize to Dad? If you apologize, you will no longer be angry with you." Daniel spoke softly. I hope his daughter understands.
Zeline's head turned towards the back while looking fearfully at Father. "Well..." Zeline was crying again. The fear of seeing Dad hit Daniel made him not dare to look at Dad.
