Dusk For Eagle
Episode 8 (Unfeeling)

The day had started the night when Grandfather Twilight had finished being buried. Everyone who went to the funeral began to disperse one by one. The rest of the family of the grandfathers of Dusk and Eagle and Kendra.

Dusk kept trying to hold back his tears during the funeral even though sometimes his tears came out without being able to prevent it anymore.

A second later, Winda invited Dina and Dino home.

"Sister, let's go home!" take Dino to Dusk.

"You go home first, I still want to be here" said Dusk.

"Dino let's go fast! Why not make the unlucky lady go home. That's not her house. Your grandfather is no longer there, so we also have no more business with him. It's up to him to stay here or wherever it's none of our business" said Winda.

"But ma, where would you go if not home. It's also the house of Brother Dusk" said Dino.

"There's no buts! Come with us or sleep here with him!" bentak Winda's.

"Dino gohome. Don't worry, you can take care of yourself" said Dusk.

"But brother..." Dino felt unbearable to leave Dusk.

"You don't worry, I'll take care of him" Eagle told Dino. He really did not end up thinking there are people as evil as that, even if Dusk is not a real family though, it is not appropriate for them to treat him like that.

"It's good that you pick it up. Take it all the way from us," Winda glanced cynically towards Dusk.

"Titip my brother, take care of him" said Dino.

"Hem, don't worry" said the Eagle.

Dino walked up to her mother and sister.

"Wait!" The eagle stopped the steps of Winda and his two children.

"What else? Don't tell me you told me to take her home" said cynical Winda.

"I just want to give my promise to you" said the Eagle.

"Kendl..." The eagle beckoned Kendra to do something.

Kendra issued a check containing a very large nominal and gave it to Vinda.

"This is the madam, as promised by my boss," he said, offering the check to Winda.

Winda received the check and was quite astonished to see the number written on the small rectangular-shaped paper.

"This is a real check, right? You're not fooling me, are you?" Winda doubted the validity of the check. He was not sure that such a rich eagle could give him a large sum of money.

"You can check on her, ma'am" said Kendra.

"Bring that check with you guys, I think it's more than enough and never bother him again!" firmly Eagle while turning his eyes towards the twilight who is still loyal to his squat position next to the grave of the grandfather and does not care what they are talking about.

"Well enough, did you buy him with this check? Hmh! What good is he," pointed towards Dusk by raising one corner of his lips upwards.

"So your mouth, or you'll bear the consequences!" The wrathful eagle's mouth heard the words of Winda, as if Dusk was a cheap woman and she was a striped-nose man.

The Eagle's jaw was hardening withstanding his anger. If he does not remember the circumstances that are still grieving, he has given the woman a lesson.

"Ma, stop. Don't look for a fuss here, pity grandfather. His grave is still wet. Let's go home now" said Dino.

"Yes ma, what are we doing here for so long. Let's go home," added Dina.

Wind followed his two children, walking in front of Dina and Dino.

"I'm sorry my mom, I went home first. Please take care of my brother," said Dino who actually did not have the heart to leave Dusk alone.

The eagle was silent, he did not say Dino. He was angry with his mother and brother.

The silent eagle did not reply, his eyes focused on the girl who still did not want to move from the grave of his grandfather.

"Boss.." call Kendra a little loud.

The eagle turned towards Kendra.

"It's getting late, we better get back now" Kendra repeated.

The eagle looked at the watch on his right hand.

"It's late, let's go home!" Take it to the twilight.

"Going home? Didn't you hear that? My aunt won't let me go back home. You just go home by yourself, don't care about me" said Dusk.

"Come with me!" said Eagle.

"No, I don't want to trouble anyone! I can take care of myself,"

"Don't be stubborn, come with me!" exclaim Eagle.

"I said I don't want to! Have what rights do you set me?" jolt of Dusk while standing and staring intently at the Eagle.

"I'm your future husband" answered the Eagle successfully locked the mouth of the twilight.

The silent twilight did not comment, he looked at the watch in his hand and walked ahead of the Eagle. The eagle and Kendra just followed him from behind.

"Take me to my aunt's house!" pinta Dusk after the three of them got into Eagle's car.

"Why are you so stubborn? They've kicked you out" said the eagle.

"Please walk now and take me there," Dusk looked at Kendra who was sitting behind the wheel without saying Eagle.

"Boss..." Kendra asked for Eagle's approval.

"Just obey his will" said the Eagle indifferently.

The car was traveling at speed towards the house of Winda.

"Thank you for driving me, you can go now. And the matter of getting married, you don't worry, I don't demand marriage. You don't have to feel burdened with my grandfather's trust" said Dusk then removed his seatbelt and got out of the car.

"Boss, what should we do now?" kendra asked looking at the windshield of her car to see the expression on her boss's face.

"We'll just wait a while here!" sahut Elang while watching the footsteps of Dusk enter the house.

Shortly thereafter, Dusk came out of the song. He returned to the house to pick up his bag and cell phone. Not even a change of clothes did he bring at all.

Dusk squinted his eyes at the Eagle's car that was still there. He did not approach the car but walked away from the car.

"Boss..."

"Follow him slowly" the Eagle commanded. The car runs a short distance from Dusk.

"Boss, should we ask Miss Dusk to get in the car. It looks like it's going to rain" Kendra said.

"Let it go first, he'll be tired of walking for a long time, too,"

Kendra can't say anything but follow the boss's ridiculous idea of what she thinks is a stalker.

Dusk continued to walk without even looking back. He did not know where to go, his mind was completely dead-end to think at this moment. All he knows is to walk and walk.
