That night Solomon stood on top of a tall building as one approached him. He had brown hair usually and was a member of the guild staff.
"May Ling."
"I feel a strange power from your body, I think you're kind of like me."
"We're investigating each other so I don't think it's okay to be open to each other."
"You mean like this."
Mei Ling took off all her clothes showing every corner she owned without covering it in the slightest.
"Stupid, something like that won't affect me."
"Heh, it's not interesting, but I bother to change my appearance with something beautiful."
"I had heard of a mercenary figure who often received dangerous missions, was that you? He's a race of demons known as demon lords who love to have sex and all those traits are similar to you."
"I seem to be quite famous right now even though I don't like being called a demon lord, it's true that my name is actually Nightmare."
Mei Ling or Nightmare put her clothes back on as if she was not bothered about it then she continued.
"The mercenaries are just a lie that I created. My real goal is to destroy the entire race and leave only the ruling demon race in this world....as a fellow race that has the same blood, would you like to join me? We can create a new world where everything is just for us."
"I don't want to get involved with anything like that, I like my life right now."
"The demon race has always been viewed as a race of destruction, we are often treated inhumanely and scorned. Do you want to let it all go on like that?"
Silence felt between the two, for Solomon now his life is not a bad thing, he now has friends and also his whole family has lived safely where it should be. But for Nightmare it was different, he had gone through something called a hell.
He has lost so many loved ones that he chose the wrong path.
"That human being should have vanished as well as the other races, how they treated us and also how they burned both my parents at the stake for the execution of something unforgivable, one day your family will be discovered and the demon race will be slaughtered.. Do you want that to happen?"
"You're so naive, we demons shouldn't coexist with them. One day you'll understand what I'm saying, but if that happens I'm sure it'll be too late."
Mei Ling immediately turned to walk away before Solomon finally called out to her.
"What are you gonna do?"
"Don't worry, my goal is purely to make the demon race the only remaining race in this world, I won't divulge about your village at all.. all I want to do is destroy two empires with one jump."
"You're spying for another country and trying to destroy both."
Mei Ling simply waved in response before continuing her footsteps.
The thing he mentioned was indeed a truth, even without doing anything the demons would only be killed for no apparent reason. And eventually Solomon will know that.
After her meeting, Mei Ling went to the inn to meet a man inside a room, the man pushed her into the bed and did many things with her.
As Mei Ling's position was above the man, she smiled in satisfaction.
"Deed. fuah. Are you done?"
"As usual Miss Mei Ling is very experienced."
"Thank you for the compliment, but I think it's time I switched to another guy."
"What do you mean?" before the man heard a reply, his heart had been pulled from his body.
"What's that?"
He died in the blink of an eye.
"Good meal."
