He's doing just fine.
That's the only line Axton spoke when Jeanette contacted him and asked him how Alex was doing. For Jeanette, the answer was terrible because she was afraid Axton would take Alex. Bad thoughts came back to him, making him pull out the infusion needle that was on the back of his hand.
Her legs are not as painful as before, maybe the doctor injects a painkiller. It's not why the pain was gone for a while, so he could take his Alex back.
With a slight sag, Jeanette walked towards the exit. Previously, he did a remodel on the hospital clothes he was wearing, with makeshift equipment.
It worked! He got out of the hospital and went to his house. With the spare key he always placed on the ground near the door, he opened the door of his house.
Jeanette took a bag and put it on with a cross on the chest. Afterwards, he opened the closet and opened a box. He sighed softly and took out a gun he had owned since he was a teenager.
The gun he had been carrying since he left Berlin. He has it of course with a full letter. But most amazingly, the gun will not be detected at the airport. So Jeanette easily took him anywhere without fear.
He was forced to take it out because he didn't want Axton to take Alex away from him. Maybe he's overdone, but he won't lose Alex, let alone be taken by an anti-marriage man. Doesn't that mean he doesn't want to have children either.
"I won't let anyone take Alex away from me" Jeanette murmured.
No need to look for where the possibility of Axton taking Alex, certainly to the same hotel where he found Alex at that time. Jeanette went there by taxi online because she could not use her motorcycle.
Arriving at the hotel, he approached the receptionist and again asked, "Where can I meet Mr Axton Williams?"
Suddenly a hotel staff came near the receptionist, "Oo Mr. Axton is swimming with his son."
His son? Does he recognize Alex as his son? - Jeanette.
"Where's the pool?" jeanette asked and the staff pointed with their hands.
Jeanette immediately walked in the direction indicated, while the hotel staff received a reprimand from the receptionist on duty.
"Why did you tell him?"
"Didn't he ask?"
"Yes, but it can't be like that if you want to meet Mr. Axton, you have to make an appointment first."
"Dead me! I don't know. Am I gonna get fired?"
Fear began to pervade the hotel staff and he walked slowly behind Jeanette to see what she was going to do.
Along with a guest, Jeanette was finally able to enter the pool area using a special hotel guest access card. From behind a large glass window, Jeanette can see how happy Alex looks with Axton.
He has no right to separate the two, as they are Father and Son, but Jeanette is just on guard so that Axton does not take Alex from him.
"Alex!" Axton and Alex looked over.
"Mommy!" yell Alex.
"We're home" Jeanette asked. If Alex can be invited home without any obstacles from Axton, of course he does not need to use violence.
Alex, who missed Jeanette, asked Axton to raise her to the edge of the pool.
"Om, Alex wants Mommy," Alex asked.
"All right, let's go up."
Not wanting to make a fuss in his own hotel pool, Axton invites Alex and Jeanette to clean up in his room, having previously used a bathrobe.
In the room, in,
"Who let you go home?" ask Axton at the end.
"I'm alone" Jeanette, who had finished bathing Alex, was now dressing up for her son.
"We're home now, baby," Jeanette told Alex with a smile.
"You have to go back to the hospital" Axton said.
"No, thank you. Ah yes, I'll reimburse the hospital fees. If you don't want to give me your account number, I'll leave the money at the reception" Jeanette said.
This woman is really stubborn - inner Axton who continues to look towards Jeanette who painstakingly takes care of Alex.
"We're going home now, baby," Jeanette said.
"Car Om" said Alex.
"No, hon. Mommy's booked a cab."
"Cancel the cab, I'll drive you myself" said Axton.
Jeanette, who was in a half-kneeling position, now stood firmly staring at Axton, "Honored Mr. Axton Williams. I implore you not to act as you please. Alex is my son and let me decide. I thank you for your help," half-bent Jeanette thanked me.
"Mom."
"Come, baby," Jeanette grabbed Alex by the hand. Alex looked back before he and his mommy came out of the room.
Why would I not be willing to see him bring Alex. - inner Axton while sighing softly.
Axton is out. If Jeanette does not want to be delivered, then at least she must make sure they have entered the taxi online. Seeing Axton following him, Jeanette clasped Alex's hand tightly.
Entering the elevator together, Alex occasionally glanced at Axton and smiled. That made Axton smile at him. Axton made a mark with his palm next to his ear, and Alex naturally nodded.
They arrived at the hotel lobby. Jeanette pulled out her phone and checked if her online taxi had arrived.
"Give a hug first to Om," Axton half-kneeled and spread his arms. Alex immediately released his hand from Jeanette's grasp and welcomed Axton's embrace.
"Alex dear Om," whispered Alex. Alex's words made Axton's heart feel vibrating and warm at the same time.
What is this feeling? - Inner Axton.
"The witness has arrived, dear. Come on!" jeanette said, raising her hand for Alex to grab it.
Just as Jeanette and Alex were about to step out of the hotel lobby, a voice called out.
"Elizabeth."
