Putra Doctor prepares to go to town with Mr. Tarmiji. Tegar helps prepare the car and needs Nayla's father.
"Everything I have prepared in the dock, drink, small food, also a bag, complete!" Harder handed the car keys to Nayla's father.
"Thank you, I want to be strong, I didn't think you were so good. Fits this I like."
"Ehm, would you like to be a daughter-in-law, Doc?" tanya Hardcore.
"No, my assistant!" let the Putra doctor glance at Nayla who is cool in reading the news online through her mobile phone.
"Kirain, so son-in-law. I will be ngarep dok." said Tegar who smiled expectantly.
"Hhm, ngarep huh? Must pass the test first dong." Doctor Putra again teases Tegar, he feels happy because Nayla can finally return to have a close friend.
Nuraini's death did have much effect on the lives of the doctors Putra and Nayla, and the decision to move to the village brought little change for both. Interact again with powerful new people to forget traumatic events related to people who leave us.
Not that they forget, but sometimes there are parts of life that must be ended to be stored as memories.
"Dad is the same Hard again talking what the hell is exciting really?" Nayla was apparently unaware of the chatter of the two adult men in front of her. He was too absorbed in his cell phone.
"Ah no, this is Hardcore to help dad in the clinic. Isn't that Gar?"
"Eh, me? But I am …,"
The son's doctor gave Tegar a code to follow his words, fortunately Tegar was quite creative in stringing words. "Oh yes, I want to help you pass the test!"
"Tests? What tests?"
"So son-in-law!" answer a brief and sure.
Nayla was wide-eyed to hear him, she laughed. His face glimmered hearing the words of Rigid. The young man in front of her was always fun, cheerful, sweet, and always there for Nayla and her father. Moreover, Tegar is very fond of mbok Dar, his attention and affection for the mother should be thumbs up.
"Dad go first yes Nay, hopefully not overnight on the road." The son's doctor said goodbye, "Tegar, take care of Nayla! Watch out not to escape surveillance!" his message was special while whispering to the exotic-skinned young man.
"Ready 86, doc! I'll take care of it until the doctor gets home!" his speech was followed by a gesture of respect like an officer.
The son's doctor's car had just disappeared, when Mr. Agus came in a hurry. "Doctor Putra has left yet?"
"Just go sir, can I help you?"
"Yes mbak, come with me to the house of Ms. Mirah. He fainted suddenly, his son was confused!"
Without asking much Nayla immediately grabbed her briefcase. He and Tegar followed Mr. Agus to the house of an old widow who lived near the cabbage plantation.
"Quite a little doctor!"
They speed up the pace to reach the destination immediately. The cobblestone streets slightly troubled the half-running Nayla, Tegar occasionally helped her by hooking her hand at Nayla.
Rumah Bu Mirah slightly up the hill, dirt road plus rain that hit overnight makes the road slippery. With a heart, Nayla walked upstairs. He almost fell down, fortunately Tegar pulled him up.
The face of the old man who a few nights ago found Nayla appeared behind the back of Tegar. He smiled at Nayla, the young doctor's heart gasped. Her eyes widened.
"Fresh,"
"Hhm, what? Want to say thank you or say baby?"
"Iish you, can't be serious little!"
"Well, why?" Hardcore helps Nayla stand up.
Nayla was looking for the man. But there's nobody behind Hardcore's back. Nayla also undoes her intention to talk to Tegar about the mysterious man, there is something more important than that.
"Mom Mirah, this is doctor Nayla coming!" Mr. Agus shouted for the owner of the house to come out.
"Let's get our doctor in!"
Nayla followed Pak Agus in, she found an unconscious old woman on a bed of unrequited cotton bed linen.
"Bu Mirah," Nayla gives first aid to Ms. Mirah, her body is stretched out, checking her eyes, heart rate and possible other injuries.
"Where is Agus' son?"
"I'm a doctor, ma'am" replied the young woman, who was about the same age as Nayla.
"Mother fell earlier in the bathroom, I called no nyahut as well" he explained with a face holding back tears.
"Where's the doctor's mom?" Pak Agus was also worried because Bu Mirah was still counted as his aunt.
"It's weak, I suspect Mrs Mirah has a stroke. We need to get him to town as soon as possible. I can only provide temporary help at the clinic sir."
Pak Agus and Bu Mirah's children discussed, taking into account the cost of Bu Mirah's children asking that his mother be treated enough in the clinic only. Nayla cannot impose her opinion, she follows the will of the family of Bu Mirah.
Mr. Agus rushed to ask for help from other residents to bring Ms. Mirah to the clinic. Nayla waits in the room with her daughter. They chatted briefly to find out the history of Bu Mirah's disease. But their chatter comes to a halt when Nayla's eyes capture a photo of a man very similar to the mysterious man who met her a few nights ago.
"Sir, whose picture is it?" Nayla.
The young woman named Neni looked in the direction Nayla meant. "Oh, that's my mama doc. He doesn't live far from here."
"Morang? Um, what does paklek mean?" Neni nods. "He's here or …,"
"Mamang live alone, usually he went home for food. But the tumben has not looked like two days."
DEG!
Nayla's heart stopped beating. The feeling is bad, something must have happened to the middle-aged man who posed with Bu Mirah at a wedding. His hands were trembling and slightly wet from nervousness.
"Who's his mother's name?"
"Mang Adi."
The fur at the nape of Nayla brushed, her back feeling heavy upon hearing the name of the man in question. His knees were limp when the figure named Adi reappeared to Nayla in the corner of Bu Mirah's room.
It felt like Nayla wanted to cry but couldn't, her voice choked. Adi's figure looked at him expressionlessly, his eyes were blank and he turned slowly towards Bu Mirah who was lying helplessly.
Time seems to stop, for Nayla room is a refrigerator room that freezes events. Flashback events just spin.
Bu Mirah falls in the bathroom in shock to see Adi appear suddenly in front of him with a horrible face. Adi's mouth moved like he wanted to say something but Nayla couldn't hear it. Nayla just looked, Bu Mirah's body sagged to the floor and fell unconscious.
Nayla is sucked back into the real world, Adi's figure still standing in the corner of the room looking at her with her dark black, hideous eyes, then slowly the figure disappears. Ms. Mirah was writhing slowly, her mouth whispering as if she was about to say something. Nayla took the initiative to get closer.
"Bu Mirah, thank God you're so unconscious."
Ms. Mirah opened her eyes slightly, her mouth moving weakly. He wants to convey something. Nayla put her ears close.
"Adi, Adi, help him .. run, get away from him,"
"Ehm, Miss Mirah what does that mean? Can you repeat again?" pinta Nayla was half begging even though it would be difficult to do Ms. Mirah.
"Stay away from her, stay away from the house .. Adi, help her!" bu Mirah's voice sounded very weak, then disappeared.
Nayla looked up, she immediately examined Bu Mirah's pulse as well as her two eyes. Checking Bu Mirah's response before saying, "Innalilahi wa Inna ilaihi Raji'un,"
What was heard next was a long heart-wrenching cry from Neni. Ms. Mirah died before getting any help. Nayla was stunned, she felt that she had failed to provide help for Ms. Mirah.
